However, for most situations I choose a simple iptables script, blocking incoming connections on port 22 from unauthorized ip's. Most of the times the amount of "authorized ip's" is very limited. I pick my home and office and add one other shell account (i.e. the one from xs4all.nl) Is easy and keeps your auth.log clean ;) Nice.
